Dear Fellow Guild Members,
It is with a heavy heart that we are contacting family and friends to let them know that Lois passed away Tuesday afternoon at Long Term Care in Minden, Nebraska. We do have faith in the Lord Jesus Christ that she is in a much better place now with Nick and that someday we will all have the opportunity to be with her again.
Funeral arrangements have been made with Layton Funeral Home in Minden. Visitation will be on Friday , September 23 from 3 - 5 p.m. and again from 7 - 8 p.m. The funeral service will be Saturday, September 24 at 11:00 a.m. at the United Methodist Church in Minden with lunch following. Family and freinds are invited to the Pioneer Restaurant following the luncheon to visit and share memories of Lois. There will be rullepolse sandwiches and kringlar as mom would have wanted. Lois always had a special place in her heart for the guild and its members and loved sharing her knowledge of spinning with everyone.
The guild was like a second family to her. She will be missed.
